Classroom Managment
At its core, a good classroom management plan is dedicated to preparing students for success in college and beyond. The use of challenging but accessible lessons designed to push and inspire students, coupled with a diverse learning community, fosters a sense of belonging and inclusion for all. We all need to encourage our students to pursue their passions and make a positive impact in the world.
"Good classroom management is a scene-setter for trust to be built, for fairness to be dominant, and for learning to then occur" (Hattie & Zierer, 2018, P. 44-45). I couldn't have said it any better myself!
